LAZY DAISY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. each of pepper, celery salt and garlic salt
1/2 c. dry bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. dry onion flakes or 2 tbsp. fresh minced onion
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can water
Gravy coloring

Combine meat, seasonings, crumbs, 1/2 cup water and onions. Form into approximately 24 small meatballs. Roll in flour and brown in 1 tablespoon heated oil.

Mix together soup, water and gravy coloring; stir until smooth. Pour over browned meatballs. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes.
