DEVILED CHICKEN WINGS 
12 chicken wings
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ginger

Cut off wing tips. (Save and use to make chicken stock.) Sprinkle with salt and place in a shallow baking pan. Combine honey, mustard, lemon juice and ginger. Brush 1/2 of mixture over wings. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn wings over and brush remaining mixture on the other side. Bake 30 minutes longer. Yield: 24 appetizers.
