SEA SIDE PASTA 
1/4 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. fresh minced parsley
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed
1 can water-packed tuna or 1 can minced clams
1/4 c. white wine
1 (8 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bag twisty pasta

Saute garlic, parsley, celery and mushroom in heated oil for 1-2 minutes. Add tuna (or clams) and white wine. Add crushed oregano and salt and pepper; simmer gently on low heat for 10 minutes. Keep hot while cooking pasta.

Cook pasta according to package; drain well and serve seafood mixture tossed on pasta. Goes great with salad and sour dough rolls! Serves 4.
