MICROWAVE LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 sm. carton cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (32 oz.) chunky spaghetti sauce
9 dry lasagna noodles
2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Add spaghetti sauce to ground beef. Mix together cheese, eggs, and Parmesan cheese. In 9 x 13 pan spoon small amount of sauce mixture in bottom of pan. Place a layer of dry noodles, 3 across, then a layer of cheese mixture then repeat layers 3 times ending with meat sauce layer on top. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave on high 20 minutes. Add 2 cups Mozzarella cheese on top. Cover with aluminum foil, shiny side down and let stand 20 minutes. This recipe sounds crazy but it works. Can also be baked 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees covered with foil.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
