MICROWAVE LASAGNA 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 jar (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp. pepper
9 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Set power select on High. In large glass bowl break up ground beef and cook in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until done. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water.

In a separate bowl combine Ricotta cheese, egg and pepper.

In oblong microwave baking dish spoon 1/2 cup sauce over bottom then alternate layers, using noodles, egg mixture, Mozzarella cheese and sauce. Heat, covered, 8 minutes at High. Heat covered at medium-low for 30 minutes. Top with Parmesan cheese and let stand 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
