MEAT NACHOS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 or 4 jalapeno peppers, sliced
1 sm. bottle taco sauce
Tortilla chips
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (8 oz.)

Brown hamburger. Remove from skillet and saute onion and peppers in grease. Mix hamburger and taco sauce.

Place layer of chips on 2 plates. Put half of hamburger mixture on each plate. Top with onions and peppers. Cover with shredded cheese. Place each plate in microwave for 2 minutes each. Serves 4. Serve with sour cream, black olives, fresh tomatoes, if desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
