CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1 1/2 c. cooked spaghetti
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken or turkey
1/4 c. diced pimento (optional)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup of cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (Canned chicken may be used for a short-cut.)
