2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine above ingredients and beat well. Place (sunshine brand) vanilla wafers, round side down, in tart papers in tart pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Top with fruits if desired. Refrigerate.
