EASY CHEESE TORTE 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. butter

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

TOPPING:

1 lg. can pie filling or 1 lg. box instant pudding (any flavor)

CRUST: Mix as for pie crust. Pat into a 10"x14" pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown. Cool.

FILLING: Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar with electric beater. Fold in whipped cream. Spread on crust.

TOPPING: Pour and spread over cheese layer. Top with Cool Whip.
