BURRITOS 
2 lbs. sirloin, cubed in bite size pieces
1 lg. onion, diced
1 (2") jalapeno pepper, seeded & diced (canned)
4 tomatoes, peeled & diced
1 pkg. Durkees Burrito seasoning
1 c. water
Garlic salt
Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper
12 lg. flour tortillas
1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese

Brown meat in butter, add remaining ingredients and simmer 3 hours. Cool. Put 2 tablespoons filling into each tortilla, roll up, place into greased baking pan. Spoon some of juices over, spread cheese over and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with green sauce and salsa.
