BROCCOLI-BLEU CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. bleu cheese, crumbled (1 oz.)
1 c. milk
1/3 c. cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli and drain. In a saucepan, blend together butter, flour, salt, and cheeses. Add milk; cook and stir until thickened. Stir in broccoli. Turn into a casserole, top with crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
