NACHO DIP | |
1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage 1/2 - 1 lg. onion, chopped 2-4 shakes Tabasco 2 cans refried beans 4 oz. can chopped green chilies 2-3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 jar taco sauce 1 ripe avocado Sour cream Chopped ripe olives Chopped green onions Nacho chips Brown ground beef, sausage and onion. Spread refried beans evenly in 9x15x2 baking dish. Spread drained meat mixture over beans. Add green chilies and shredded cheese. Pour taco sauce over all. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Spread mashed avocado over center; top with sour cream, chopped olives and green onions. Serve at once with chips. |
