LEMON DELUXE BARS 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter (unsalted)
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Sift together 1 cup flour and powdered sugar. Add butter and mix until mixture clings together. Press into 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes (until lightly brown).

Beat together eggs, lemon juice, and 2 cups sugar. Sift together 1/4 cup flour and baking powder. Stir into egg mixture. Pour over baked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar. Cut into squares. For extra crunchy top, don't cover or refrigerate.
