LEMON DELUXE BARS 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice (Minute Maid frozen concentrate)
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix flour and powdered sugar together and cut in butter until mixture clings together. Press in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Beat together egg, granulated sugar and lemon juice. Sift together flour and baking powder. Stir into mixture and pour over baked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cool.
