CAESAR SALAD 
2 lg. heads Romaine lettuce
1 box croutons
2 cans anchovies (optional)

Combine and let set:

3/4 c. olive oil
3 crushed garlic cloves

Combine and chill:

1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan
Juice of 2 lemons
Fresh ground pepper, to taste

Place 3/4 dressing in large bowl and swish. Add croutons, Romaine lettuce and toss. Add remaining dressing on top. Serves 10.
