CHEESE AND POTATO SOUP 
16 oz. Velveeta cheese
5 lbs. potatoes
1/4 stick butter
4 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Peel and dice potatoes. Put in pot with water level 1/4 inch above potatoes. Cook on low for 45 minutes. Dice and add cheese, butter, seasoning salt and salt and pepper. Best served with rolls.
