STUFFED SHELLS 
30-35 lg. shell noodles
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
12 oz. cottage cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil leaf
1 jar spaghetti sauce

Boil large shells until ready; drain. Cook ground beef and pork sausage in large skillet until brown and drain. Mix together in large bowl ground beef, pork sausage, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, sauce, 3/4 pound of Mozzarella cheese, oregano, parsley and basil leaves. Then scoop a spoonful into each shell then place into 13"x9"x2" pan. Then sprinkle the last of the Mozzarella cheese on top of the noodles and bake in oven set at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
