ZUCCHINI WITH MEATBALLS 
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lb. zucchini
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 c. corn
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Soak the bread crumbs in milk; add meat and salt. Form into meatballs about the size of a marble. Brown meatballs in a skillet; remove and set aside. In the same pan, saute zucchini, onion and garlic in butter until onion is tender. Add tomatoes and corn. Season to taste. Add meatballs. Put into a 2 quart casserole. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top and bake 5 minutes more.
