PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 or 7 pork chops, lightly browned
6 or 7 med. potatoes
1 med. onion, cut into rings
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can Carnation milk
1 sm. can water

(Peeled and cut in 1/4 inch rounds, boiled for 5 minutes and then drain).

Put potatoes in a large buttered dish in a layer. Scatter the onion rings over the potatoes. Place the pork chops on top of the onion and potato layer. Mix together the mushroom soup, Carnation milk and can of water. Pour the soup mixture over the chops. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour or until potatoes are tender.
