CIDER CUP 
8 c. apple cider
1 can (9 oz.) frozen concentrate imitation orange juice
1 c. light corn syrup
1 bottle (28 oz.) ginger ale
Mint sprigs

One or two days ahead make orange ice ring. Take a Jello mold and fill about half full of water. Place 1 can of orange slices in water and freeze.

Combine cider, orange juice and corn syrup in a large pitcher. Chill 3 hours or overnight.

Just before serving, pour mixture into punch bowl, stir in ginger ale. Add ice ring and mint sprigs.
