POTS DE CREAME 
6 oz. pkg. chocolate bits
2 tbsp. sugar
Dash salt
1 tbsp. vanilla or rum extract
1 egg
3/4 c. milk, heated to boiling point but not boiled
Whipped cream

Place all ingredients in a blender except whipped cream. Run blender 1 to 2 minutes on low speed. Pour equal amounts among 6 cups or small ramekins. Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Top with whipped cream. Be sure to blend long enough so there are no chocolate lumps. This should be perfectly smooth.
