1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. milk
Salt to taste
1 tsp. ginger
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1 (5 to 6 lb.) chicken, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
2 1/2 c. raw rice, cooked
