CABBAGE SALAD 
1 med. cabbage, sliced thin (not chopped)
1 lg. green pepper, sliced
1 lg. sweet onion, sliced

DRESSING:

1 env. unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Heat these until dissolved. Mix with gelatin mixture. Cool and put over cabbage. This keeps well in refrigerator 3 or 4 weeks.
