OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter flavored Crisco
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. uncooked oatmeal
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

In small bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside. In a large mixing bowl combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract; beat until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in oats and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 9-10 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
