CHICKEN PAPRIKA 
1 frying chicken, cut up
2 onions, finely chopped
3 tbsp. fat
1/4 tomato, chopped
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1/4 green pepper, chopped

Brown onions lightly in fat; add paprika, then chicken. Sprinkle with salt. Add tomato and green pepper. Cover and cook slowly, about 1 hour or until tender (add water if chicken starts to stick). Pour sour cream over chicken and stir well. Serve with soft boiled noodles.
