BEEF BURGUNDY 
1 sirloin roast
3/4 c. burgundy wine
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. marg.
1 pkg. dry onion mix, not cup of soup
1 tsp. garlic salt or fresh cloves

Sear roast in butter until brown all over. Sprinkle onion and seasonings on roast. Pour burgundy wine over and cover tightly. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour depending on size of roast. Add mushrooms approximately 5 minutes before done.
