SALMON CASSEROLE | |
1 tsp. plus 1 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. plus 1 tbsp. flour 2 c. skim milk 4 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 lb. can salmon 2 c. cooked macaroni 1 c. mushrooms 2 tsp. onion flakes Salt and pepper to taste Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour making smooth as paste. Stir in milk and cheddar cheese and stir until sauce is thick and bubbly. Combine with salmon, macaroni, mushrooms, onion flakes, salt and pepper and put in pam sprayed 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Makes 4 servings. 10 calories. |
