SWISS ROLLED CHICKEN 
Boneless chicken fillets
Swiss cheese
Bread crumbs
Butter
Toothpicks
Wine (optional)

Place chicken fillets on a flat surface; top with Swiss cheese; roll each piece individually - as tight as possible - secure with toothpicks. Roll each "roll" in bread crumbs and place in a buttered baking dish. Place a small amount of butter on top of each chicken roll.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Next, add 1/2 cup wine to the chicken and top the chicken with a thin layer of Swiss cheese. Return to the oven and bake, uncovered, 1/2 hour.
