SHRIMP ITALIAN STYLE 
1 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp

Combine in bag: 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 c. salad oil 1/4 c. white wine 1/8 tsp. pepper 3/4 tsp. salt

Boil shrimp as directed on package. Mix flour, cheese, salt and garlic powder in paper bag. Add shrimp, shake to coat well. Remove stem and seeds from peppers cut in strips. Heat oil in large skillet. Add shrimp, cook until golden, about 5 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.

Put pepper strips in same oil. Cover tightly and cook over medium heat 10-15 minutes until tender. Add shrimp, wine, salt, pepper and any remaining flour mixture. Stir and heat through 5-8 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
