2 lbs. ground beef 2 cans (reg. size) cream style corn 10 c. prepared mashed potatoes 10 slices American cheese Brown ground beef. Season to taste. Drain. Pat into 8"x12" casserole pan, add cream style corn. Layer mashed potatoes on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Add American cheese and bake until cheese is melted. |
