DRESSING FOR YOUR PIG ROAST 
12 loaves of bread
1 gallon milk
6 oz. sage
2 bunches celery
2 dozen eggs
1 sm. bag onions
Salt & pepper
1 gallon sauerkraut

Cook celery, onions and sage. Break bread and add cooked veggies and eggs then milk. Add gallon kraut. We put dressing in a clean pillow case, then stuff into pig.
