CHILI CORN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Jiffy corn mix
1 can creamed corn
1 egg, beaten
1 can French fried onion rings
1 c. sour cream
1 can whole kernel corn including liquid
1 cube butter
1 can diced Ortega chilies

Blend all ingredients together. Put into 9 x 13 or equal size casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Test center of casserole with a toothpick for doneness.
