1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. sugar
48 Hershey chocolate kisses

Cream together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, sugar, egg, vanilla, and salt. Add flour and baking soda. Shape into 48 balls 91/2 inch). Optionally roll balls in 3 tablespoons sugar. Place on cookie sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes in 350 degree oven. After removing from oven, immediately place chocolate kiss in the center of each cookie. Let cookies cool for at least 2 hours.
