3/4 c. peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) box Corn or Rice Chex
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Place one large grocery bag inside another large grocery bag. Inside of the grocery bags place the powdered sugar. Set aside. Empty the box of cereal in large bowl. Set aside. In a saucepan, melt the butter, chips and peanut butter stirring constantly. When thoroughly melted, pour over cereal and mix well to coat each piece. Immediately pour into the grocery bags and shake well. Store in large plastic bags or containers. Will keep well and also freezes well for future use.
