EASIEST BISCUITS EVER | |
2 cups self-rising flour 1 cup buttermilk (option-sour 1 cup milk with tbsp. of vinegar or pickle juice) approximately 1/2 cup oil Mix flour and buttermilk thoroughly to form a dough. Place dough on floured surface. Knead and then pat to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into biscuits and dip each biscuit in the oil. Place in baking pan and bake at 450°F for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
