1 can refried beans
1/2 c. taco sauce
3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lg. avocado, seeded and peeled
1 med. onion, diced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 c. sliced olives
1/2 c. green onions
Tortilla chips

In a large bowl, stir together beans and sauce. Spread out in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Spread 1/2 the cheese over bean mix. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic. Beat on medium speed until smooth. Spread over cheese mixture. Put avocado, onion and lemon juice in blender; mix until combined. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with chopped tomatoes, olives, green onions and cheese. Drizzle with taco sauce. If desired, garnish with jalapeno peppers. Serve with chips.
