MEAT STEW 
1 lb. hamburger or ground turkey
2 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced carrots
1 sm. box frozen peas

Make little meat balls from hamburger and roll in flour. Brown in pan on top of stove; take out meatballs and set aside. Put carrots and potatoes in pan and add water to cover. Cook until soft, then add peas. Add meatballs. Make flour and water; make juice thick like gravy. Salt and pepper to taste.
