BAKED ORANGE CHICKEN 
1 (7 oz.) chicken breasts, skinned
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, undiluted

Rinse chicken. Combine undiluted arrange juice, soy sauce and salt. Place chicken in shallow pan. Brush with orange sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 to 50 minutes, basting occasionally.
