2 c. flour
1 c. granulated sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add Miracle Whip, warm water and vanilla. Beat well until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
