HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. hamburger
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. Cheddar or Swiss cheese
dash of pepper
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. grated onion, sliced

Brown meat and drain fat. Blend mayonnaise, milk, cornstarch and eggs until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper. Turn into crust and bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
