2 3/4 c. spooned flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. cold water
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix first 5 ingredients well. Add and beat remaining ingredients, adding vinegar only after all other ingredients are blended well. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
