NO - BAKE PUMPKIN PIE | |
1 env. unflavored gelatin 1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 2 eggs, well beaten 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin or 2 c. 1 ready-to-fill graham cracker crust 1 tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. chopped walnuts Whipped topping or whipped cream Combine unflavored gelatin, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt; stir in sweetened condensed milk and eggs. Mix well. Let stand 1 minute. Over low heat, cook and stir constantly until gelatin dissolves and mixture thickness slightly, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in pumpkin; mix well. Pour into crust. Chill 3 hours or until set in small bowl. Combine sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir in walnuts. Garnish with whipped topping and walnut mixture. Very easy and tasty! |
