BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked & drained (chopped fine)
1 stick butter
2 bunches green onions
4 ribs celery
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. jalepeno cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp or garlic cheese

Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain and set aside.

In a skillet melt butter and saute green onions and celery until done. Add mushrooms, mushroom soup and cheeses. Stir constantly until cheese is melted and mixture is hot. Pour over drained broccoli. Heat in microwave until bubbly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
