AUSSIE MEAT PIES 
8 oz. lean hamburger
1/2 tsp. curry, mustard, mixed herbs
1 1/2 c. water
Pastry - recipe follows

Mix meat well with water. Add seasonings; bring to boil. Simmer 1/2 hour or pressure cook 10 minutes. Thicken mix with 2-3 tablespoons cornstarch mixed to a paste (pourable) with water. Add this to meat and stir constantly until mixture boils.

Roll our pastry. Grease pie tin and line with pastry. Pour in meat mixture. Moisten around edges and then place pastry on top. Slit top 6 times. Trim around edges. Brush with milk. Bake about 1/2 hour in 425-450 degree oven.
