CAULIFLOWER ALMONDINE 
3/4 c. slivered blanched almonds
1/4 c. butter
1 med. head cauliflower, broken into florets
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley

Cook almonds in butter in 10 inch skillet until golden brown. Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water 5 to 7 minutes or until crisp tender. Add to almonds. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. 4 servings.
