CHEDDAR - APPLE BREAD 
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. chopped peeled apples
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Combine dry ingredients. Add combined eggs, milk and butter, mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 to 70 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes, remove from pan.
