6 oz. pkg. noodles amandine 4 1/2 oz. can shrimp 7 1/2 oz. can minced clams 3 oz. can sliced mushrooms 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. snipped parsley (optional) Prepare noodle mix according to package directions, reserving almonds. Stir in drained shrimp, clams and mushrooms. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan, parsley and almonds. Bake in 375 degree oven for 40 minutes or until heated through. Serves 4. |
