IMPOSSIBLE PIE 
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) can coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter

Put everything in a blender. Mix well. Pour into a well-buttered 10-inch pie plate. Bake until custard sets in 400 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
