AVOCADO SPREAD 
2 medium avocados, seeded and peeled
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. fresh chopped basil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

In medium bowl, mash avocado with fork. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover and chill for 1 hour. Serve on toasted bread, crackers or chips.

Serves 8.
