CEDRIC'S HOT DISH 
1 head cabbage
1 med. onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Coarsely shred cabbage. Finely chop onion and add to ground beef. Heat through (don't brown). Season to taste. Place 1/2 cabbage in casserole dish, cover with beef, then rest of cabbage. Over this pour concentrated tomato soup. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until cabbage is tender, about 1/2 hour.
